What is your food philosophy and vision?
We believe that food is meant to be shared and enjoyed with friends and family, with our menu being curated around this concept. The menu features a diverse selection of dishes with full flavours, ingredients from the best quality producers, and a focus on locally sourced ingredients where possible.
We take pride in our extensive and award-winning wine and sake selection complementing our diverse pan-Asian menu. Our beverage experts have carefully selected each bottle to enhance your dining experience and elevate your taste buds to new heights. Our drinks list also features a large selection of premium spirits including an array of hard-to-find Japanese whisky.
Who is your executive chef and what is their background?
Our newly appointed Executive Chef, Robert Juniper, has stepped into the role with over nine years of experience in our kitchen and a meticulous eye for detail. Robert has been with Mamasan since our inception in 2015 and was trained by our opening Head Chef, Ray Choi. He has been integral in the consistency and quality of food we have become known for.
