Our family-owned Italian gelateria, established in 2009, is dedicated to bringing the authentic taste of Italy to the Gold Coast with our premium, handcrafted gelato. We take pride in using traditional methods and the finest ingredients to deliver an exceptional culinary experience to our customers.

What is your product philosophy and vision?

The product philosophy at our gelateria is centred around authenticity and quality. We believe in preserving the traditional Italian methods of gelato making that we’ve learned and mastered at Carpigiani Gelato University near Bologna. Each batch of gelato is crafted with a focus on sourcing the finest ingredients to ensure rich, natural flavours. Our vision is to provide a slice of Italian heritage through our gelato, offering a genuine taste experience that not only satisfies the palate but also honours the artisanal craftsmanship of classic gelato making. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, ensuring that every scoop we serve reflects our passion for excellence.

Describe your signature flavour

Our signature gelato flavour is the indulgent ‘OMG’—a luxurious journey through layers of decadence. This extraordinary creation starts with a velvety base of salted caramel, rich in golden, buttery notes. It’s then swirled with a lavish toffee sauce that adds a perfect blend of sweetness and depth. Topping off this masterpiece is a generous drizzle of sumptuous Nutella, adding a hazelnut-infused extravagance to every spoonful. Designed for the discerning palate, our ‘OMG’ gelato is an unforgettable blend of flavours that promises to delight and satisfy with every bite.

What else do we need to know about my Gelato?

Our original recipes do contain only 20% sugars and 4.8% fat. We also have a wide variety of delicious flavours suitable for Vegans.
